Bob Bryant
Bob Bryant is the local’s “local”. His family moved here in 1979 and has owned buildings in downtown Aberdeen, property in Foxfire Village and homes in Pinehurst. He attended Oak Ridge Military Academy and graduated from the O’Neal School and the School of Journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a preeminent marketer having held key positions at Feld Entertainment, Universal Studios, Turner Broadcasting, and Cartoon Network.
“In marketing and sales, the key component to success is wholly understanding who the consumer is, their desires, tastes, psyche, inclinations and behavior, and meeting those traits head on with the unique selling proposition. In other words, know the market, know the buyer and position the seller appropriately.” Bob has experience in commercial, residential and land sales and development. He looks forward to using his skills to create win-win relationships in the community.
He traveled the world for both jobs and adventure, including participation in environmental expeditions to Alaska and the Australian Outback. He has worked in markets from Los Angeles, New York, London, Buenos Aires, Paris, Detroit, Toledo, Charlotte, Asheville, Orlando, Naples, Atlanta and more. It is no accident that he chose the Sandhills as the place to raise his family, which includes his wife and fellow Realtor, Brandee and son Aiston.
Bob is an avid golfer and is always available to take clients out for a round to try out a course before buying a house on it. He enjoys fly-fishing, dogs, horses, wine, country diners and tennis. He has ridden ponies, quarter horses, Arabians, thoroughbreds, mules, camels and elephants. He is perhaps the only person to have been a GM of both a minor league hockey team and an arena football team. He is available to explain “meat and two” and the nuances of sweet tea to all newcomers to the south. And he is always, “ready when you are” and “at your service.”

Brandee Bryant
As a native North Carolinian, Brandee enjoys sharing all the wonders that the Sandhills area has to offer to newcomers from around the world. She is a consummate sales and marketing professional, with experience as an executive director for the largest evening festival in the southeast and as sales and marketing manager for Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. She has had real estate investment success with properties ranging from live/work lofts in Atlanta to an estate property in Naples, FL.

Gulfshore Business Magazine selected Brandee as one of Southwest Florida’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2006. She enjoys tennis, outdoor events, jazz, wine tastings, and barbeque (ask her about east vs. west sauce and red vs. white slaw). She spent her senior year of high school in Kofu, Japan, where she became fluent in Japanese, and an expert in tea ceremony. Although Brandee has spent time traveling throughout the United States, Asia, and Europe, she knew that the Sandhills area was the perfect place to finally call home with her son and husband, fellow Realtor, Bob Bryant.
